Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you prefer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

Please remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Note: The original shipping charge (for orders less than $70) is non-refundable.
